Transfer the accounts

  1. Open account export on the old computer and select mailboxes.
  2. Set a long, separate password for the export file.
  3. Transfer the file securely and import it into Postosha on the new computer.
  4. Sign in again where required and test receiving and sending.

What the export does not contain

Mail, cache, local drafts, contacts, templates, spam training and other local settings are not part of account transfer. Server mail downloads again. Save important local data separately before replacing the old setup.

Treat the file as sensitive

An export may contain mailbox passwords even though it is encrypted. Do not publish it or send it alongside its password. Your old app PIN is not the export password.
