Personal data policy

This policy describes how we process data of visitors to postosha.com, project supporters and people who contact us. Version 2 of 24 October 2026.

1. Who processes your data

For questions about how Postosha processes your personal data, email mail@postosha.com.

We process data to operate and protect the website, respond to enquiries about the app and voluntary contributions, and analyse website visits.

2. Data we use

When you visit the website, we process your IP address, the date and time of access, the page visited and referral source, browser, operating system and device information, browser language, and technical information about page loading and website interactions.

If you contact us about a contribution, we process the details you provide, such as the amount, date, network and transaction hash. When you contact us, we also process the sender address, any name provided, the enquiry text and attachments.

We do not ask for your full card number, expiry date, CVC/CVV or mailbox password. Do not include these details in enquiries.

3. Grounds for processing

Data needed to arrange and manage support is processed to enter into and perform the agreement and comply with legal obligations. Enquiry data is used to consider and answer your request.

Consent to analytics is requested separately. Declining analytics does not prevent you from downloading Postosha or supporting the project.

4. Payments and data recipients

International support is a one-time crypto transfer. This website displays receiving addresses and QR codes; it does not connect to your wallet, automatically track transfers or set up recurring charges.

Blockchain transactions can publicly reveal wallet addresses, amounts, dates and transaction hashes. Postosha cannot remove records from a public blockchain. Wallet and network providers process data under their own terms.

Hosting and email providers may help operate the website and handle enquiries. Their access is limited to data needed for the relevant task, subject to confidentiality and data protection requirements. Information is provided to authorised public authorities where required by law.

Personal data is not sold or provided to third parties for their own marketing campaigns.

5. Yandex Metrica

With your consent, the website may use Yandex Metrica, a web analytics service provided by YANDEX LLC, to understand visitor numbers, referral sources, pages viewed and website usability.

Metrica processes visits, referral sources, page interactions, browser and device information, IP addresses and browser identifiers stored in cookies and local storage. This information is sent to Yandex to compile statistics. The service is governed by the Yandex Metrica terms and Yandex privacy policy.

We do not send enquiry contents, supporter emails, full payment details, passwords or mailbox contents to Metrica. Website analytics does not receive correspondence data from the Postosha app.

6. Cookies and your choices

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Necessary cookies help operate the website and remember your choices.

Analytics cookies are used only with your consent. You can decline analytics without losing access to the main website features. You can change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer.

7. Retention and protection

Enquiries and contribution details are kept no longer than needed to respond, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal retention obligations. This does not change the permanent records of public blockchain transactions.

Data is deleted or anonymised when its purposes or lawful grounds end, unless the law requires further retention. Withdrawal of consent does not end processing that has another lawful basis.

We restrict access, use secure connections and take organisational and technical measures against unauthorised access, modification, disclosure and loss.

8. Your rights and enquiries

You can request information about processing, correction of inaccurate data, restriction or termination of unlawful processing, and withdraw consent. Send your request to mail@postosha.com.

Specify the data and actions concerned. To protect your data, we may request information needed to verify the requester identity. Passwords and full card details are not required.

Requests are handled within the periods set by applicable law. If you disagree with the processing, you may contact the competent data protection authority or a court.

9. Correspondence in the Postosha app

The app connects directly to your chosen email provider. Correspondence, attachments, contacts and mailbox passwords are not sent to the Postosha website, its developer or Yandex Metrica.

This policy covers the website and project support. App statistics settings and your email provider processing are governed separately.

10. Policy changes

The current version is published on this page with its date and version number. If a change requires new consent, we ask for it separately before the relevant processing.
