Describe what happened and include your Postosha and Windows versions. Hide personal information in screenshots. Do not send mailbox passwords or the contents of private correspondence.

Questions about your contribution

Include the date, amount and transaction identifier. For a crypto contribution, include the network and transaction hash. If an identifier is unavailable, send the other details so we can help locate the contribution.

Never send a seed phrase, private key, full card number, expiry date or CVC/CVV. Crypto support is a one-time transfer without automatic recurring charges. Questions about an earlier transfer can be sent to mail@postosha.com.
